Hi,
You may recall you supplied me with 4 bio containers and then I purchased the stones from you at Earls Court. We are not quite finished yet but thought you might like to see some photos. We didn't use all four and we think it looks better without the stone so we are going to do an outdoor feature. I used black granite for the surround with the mirror flakes and it looks stunning.

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we are with our Ebony Flame fireplace. The one thing our house was missing was a fireplace, but with no chimney and no flue we were at a loss as to what to put in, how glad we are that we found your website. The fireplace exceeded our expectations, so easy to fit, and more heat than we expected and so easy to use, and no mess.
The website is so easy to use, and a video of your products is great for people like us who live too far away to visit your showroom. Delivery was on the day you said it would be, your customer service is second to none

Dear Michael, Just like to tell you how pleased I am with the ceramic gel fire recently arrived. It is so elegant, the pictures on the web do not do it justice. May I say your advice was absolutely right, the large white, NOT the medium black I first entertained, is just right for my space. Thank you. Dear Gel Fires,
Just under 1 year ago I purchased a Spirit Flame II fire and have been delighted with your product! All of our friends love our practical,romantic and beautiful fire. I ordered more bio-fuel on Monday 19th October and to my surprise received a phone call saying it would be delivered on Thursday 22nd October between 8am and 6pm. I am delighted to tell you that my order arrived at 8.50am this morning - as advised.
I felt I had to contact you to tell you how delighted I am with the service you provide! Unfortunately in this day and age it is very rare that companies manage to keep to the promises they make to their customers, however your company not only provides a fantastic product but the service you give is over and above expectations and your employees are helpful and extremely polite and friendly! I just felt I had to contact you to give you my thanks and praise as I find that people are very quick to complain if service is not good but do not give the praise and thanks for good (but in your case excellent!) service.

Note: we found your website through a google search a couple of years ago when we were looking for a gel fireplace. Having purchased an Athena model from you, we have always returned to you for replacement fuel as you website adds customer value in that it is easy to navigate and place orders. Additionally, we have always received good service from your company in that actual products ordered arrive both accurately and in a timely manner.
Overall, I think your website has a good appearance and is very user friendly. I particularly like the use of video demonstrations as this provides the customer with an actual working example of something that they may have not previously seen before.
