How to order:

- on line - Add your items to the shopping bag and proceed to the checkout. Make sure you have ordered all accessories that you need and the right fuel for your fireplace before checking out. Currently we accept payments via Pay Pal. You can either use your Pay Pal account or simply type in your card details to process the order.

Make sure you put in any instructions regarding delivery i.e. secure location for small items (on your own risk). - On the phone - Call us during office hours Monday – Friday 9.30 am – 5.30 pm to place your order over the phone and pay by Credit or Debit Card via mail-order. If you call us outside office hours, please leave a message with your full name and weekdays' telephone number, we deal with messages and emails on our return on a first come first serve basis.

- In person - By appointment in our Central London Showroom.
