Stainless steel bio container is ideal for creating long "line of fire". The container is suitable for building your own fireplace and creating hole in the wall fires. Perfect for a house without a chimney, it can be used in a see-through double sided fireplaces.

Made of thick and high grade stainless steel, with specially engraved lid preventing the unused fuel from evaporating and a detachable handle for easy extinguishing. Burns up to 4-5 hours per refill (1.5 litre).

You can place several containers next to each other to achieve a longer line of fire, but it is not advisable to have more than 1.5L of Bio Ethanol in one tank.

You can use a Bio Container inside an existing grate, however, it will have to be firmly fixed (preferably welded) to the grate to ensure it is not moving and therefore no fuel will be spilled (for example, please have a look at the picture from The Criterion Restaurant in Piccadilly Circus in London).

Bio Container is not suitable for use as a freestanding unit.

Suitable for use in outdoor fires.

NOTE: OUR BIO CONTAINERS HAVE BEEN LABORATORY TESTED AND APPROVED AS SAFE. THEY ARE THE LONGEST SIMPLE-STRUCTURE RESERVOIRS ALLOWED. ANY LONGER CONTAINERS WITH MORE THAN 1.5L CAPACITY AND WITHOUT A SPECIAL SAFETY STRUCTURE MAY BE DANGEROUS.

REVIEW

"Hi,

You may recall you supplied me with 4 bio containers and then I purchased the stones from you at Earls Court. We are not quite finished yet but thought you might like to see some photos. We didn't use all four and we think it looks better without the stone so we are going to do an outdoor feature. I used black granite for the surround with the mirror flakes and it looks stunning.

Best Wishes. David" (pictures below)

Months ago I promised I would send you a photo of our bespoke Bio fire when it finally got completed. It was lit for the first time over Christmas and I was delighted with it. We had the stainless steel box fabricated to fit our wall slot, designed and built especially to house it. We bought from you 2 x large tanks for the Bio Ethanol. If you want to use the photo on your web site to show other ideas on how folks can bespoke their own designs then please feel free to do so. Many thanks for introducing us to this wonderful system. I love it. No mess, no fumes and more heat than we had thought possible. I honestly thought it was going to be for show only. MORE FROM JANET and MIKE

I was really attracted to the linear fireplaces illustrated in interior magazines and decided to pursue this idea for my house. At one point I got very discouraged as the prices I was quoted from gas showrooms were ridiculously high. But then while bowsing the web for other flueless options I stumbled upon Gel Fireplaces website. I purchased the large bio container and I have my long linear fire completed just last month (after two months). It looks stunning and works brilliant and I am over the moon with it. Thank you Gel Fireplaces.

Hi team
I had seen other companies selling bio containers that were a lot more expensive so I was a bit dubious of buying your containers that were so much cheaper. After seeing it lit in your showroom, I was sold on the idea! I am so happy I found you because what I wanted to create was something that was going to cost me thousands of pounds and it's now turned out to be really economical. I bought a beautiful marble surround and inserted your containers into a slab of slate. I agree with you that the driftwood gives it a more finished look. After looking at a bare wall for years, I now have a stunning focal point! Thanks Bio fires team!!!

I originally came in to see you in your showroom with a picture ofa gas fire (line of fire) to see if I was able to achieve this look. I never realised you could create this kind of fireplace using bio fuel. I did what you suggested and cut some of the lip away to make a really long line of fire out of 2 containers and it looks great. Can't wait to use it in the winter!

As the flue was not large enough in my flat, I was so disappointed not being able to have my dream ultra modern fire. Your bio container was an ideal solution to create a ribbon fire. I bought 3 of them and lined them up. I used black granite which reflects the flame beautifully. I really use it for entertaining only and all my friends assume it's a gas fire!! It looks fantastic and it's also amazing how much heat you get from it! When I have time I will send you some pics. Thanks again for your great service.
